We are searching for a catering partner.
We are building something special at Vista, at St.David’s Park in Ewloe, Flintshire.
As a work environment we care about getting it right, whether that is in terms of the built environment, the businesses that are located in the building, or the overall quality of the workspace and atmosphere.
Within the building we have worked hard to create a beautiful breakout space for the benefit of the people who work in the building. In this place customers will be able to spend time away from the desk to enjoy refreshing drinks, light meals and wholesome snacks.
So now we are searching for the right partner to bring our coffee shop vision to life.
So, who is the right coffee shop operator?
You may be an experienced individual, an entrepreneur or have a number of coffee shop operations already, with a level of experience and the desire and drive to make Vista Coffee Shop a successful operation. Our Vision
Our vision for the coffee shop (Siop Goffi) operation is one of a quality offering, with a focus on great quality handmade coffees at the foundation, but building on that with a range of healthy light meals and snacks. You will get an idea of in the indicative menu items below.
The coffee shop will operate through the working week, from around 08.00 am through to around 16.00hrs, providing the cafe operator with a rare industry thing – a weekend off!

Focus on Quality
We have taken a lot of care and attention to detail in creating the coffee shop environment, investing in the best of design and equipment choices, working with commercial professionals in the industry.
The result is a compact but efficient arrangement which is designed for an efficient operator to turn into a fast moving and profitable service counter, with refrigerated display counter, milk fridge, upright refrigerated and freezer storage, a clearing station with dishwasher, a back counter working space with toaster, microwave, soup kettle, panini grill and under counter display bottle fridge.
Last but not least, a superb 2-group La Spaziale S40 coffee machine and professional grinder with built-in under counter knock out drawer.

Coffee Shop Menu
Our coffee shop menu will be focussed on producing consistently great coffee and other hot drinks, including hot drinking chocolate with marshmallows along with a selection of traditional baked accompaniments.
Traditional home baked cakes sold by the slice, individual fruit muffins and cupcakes, carrot cake, baked cheesecake, with scones and chocolate brownies.

Seasonal Savouries
Our coffee shop menu will be focussed on producing consistently great coffee and other hot drinks, including hot drinking chocolate with marshmallows along with a selection of traditional baked accompaniments.
Traditional home baked cakes sold by the slice, individual fruit muffins and cupcakes, carrot cake, baked cheesecake, with scones and chocolate brownies.
In addition to serving high quality coffees, a range of teas and other hot drinks, we want to see cold drinks including flavoured waters, sodas, smoothies and fruit juices.
A range of baked treats including carrot cake, victoria sponge, chocolate cake, scones and millionaires shortbread, granola and muffins will go perfectly with a coffee.
For customers seeking a more substantial lunch, we propose made-to-order sandwiches, panini, toasties, soup and when the demand is established, other plated dishes such as chilli and rice, baked potatoes with toppings.

Opportunities
There are additional opportunities as the occupancy of the building which is currently around 150 staff, increases to 300.
There will be on site meetings and presentations which will require the supply of hot and cold drinks, as well as fruit, biscuits and plated sandwiches.
The seating currently located in the coffee shop is spacious in layout and may be easily increased. There is also additional capacity in the external spaces close by.
